A: Because we source the best innovative products globally to keep our prices competitive, our delivery times are structured as follows:

Q2: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order has been processed and shipped (1-3 business days), you will receive a separate email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package's journey. Please allow 48-72 hours after shipment for the tracking information to update.
Q3: Why did I only receive part of my order?
A: To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, products from different suppliers may be shipped separately. You will receive a tracking number for each package. Rest assured, the rest of your order is on its way!

A: In the case of a return for refund or exchange (e.g., you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size), the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs. However, if an item is defective or we shipped the wrong product, we will cover all associated costs.
Q6: What does the 1-Year Quality Assurance cover?
A: Our 1-Year Quality Assurance covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use from the date of purchase. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect within one year, we will gladly replace it. This reflects our commitment to sourcing only the highest-quality, durable solutions.
